Bagging a release through Never Say Die after previously dropping sounds with its sister label Black Label, is Trampa. The incredibly talented bass artist has created “Bulldozer”, which spans four tracks and is bursting with dark energy. Up first is the title track, with its haunting riffs and whirring drops, before his memorable work with Franky Nuts on “They Don’t Want It.” “Things I Do” has a clap along beat and a more considered, laid back vibe to it – merging various electronic elements together brilliantly. Finally we have the Hedex remix of “Gunfingers” ft. Slick Don – hair-raising, bass

Dubloadz is a name that’s now become synonymous with crazy creative dubstep that’s on the cutting edge of contemporary sounds but stays true to the roots of true bass music. His soundcloud has been a constant source of quality bangers like “Dope Ass Clouds”, “Meltdown” and “Ker-Plunk!”. Now he’s back with his debut project “Lost […]

One of the producers continually at the forefront of the bass music, Excision, along with his Rottun Records imprint is back with more eye watering, brain thumping beats. Having been released earlier in the year, Excision & The Frim‘s mammoth collaboration “X Up” is brought back to life with a number of stellar remixes this week. So who’s on there? Well – Trampa, the Never Say Die affiliated producer, holds it down on the dubstep front while Astronaut flex some electro house muscles to take the tempo down a notch, but not lose any energy on the way. With other

Blasting out of the Never Say Die: Black Label camp today is their “XL2” compilation, a brand new set of dubstep bangers that have been carefully selected by rising artist Trampa, who also provides the continuous album mix. Much like its predecessor, this collection is a celebration of fresh talent within the genre, whilst supplying us with some eye-watering collaborations from heavyweights such as Eptic and FuntCase’s “Oh Shit!” Amongst the lesser known artists, there are some hugely powerful tracks – some standout examples include Juju & Sub Antix “Extra Sauce” and Genetix “Paranoid Android.” Be sure to grab “XL2”

Packing a serious punch today with a brand new EP is the Belgian producer/DJ Eptic. After the success of “The End” which landed some time back, “Immortal” is a hugely fitting follow up, and it also lands on the brilliant Never Say Die. Spanning four tracks in length, you are kicked into action with “Spellbound”, an eclectic and highly creative cut that really showcases Eptic’s clever approach to production. “Ectoplasm” is a furious collaboration with MUST DIE! that will have you reaching for a reload, whilst he moves into deeper and more rougher ground with “Jurassic.” A wicked remix of
