For McDonald’s new marketing ploy, they have created a paper placement that lets diners create music through a fully functional midi-controller. This placemat is made with conductive ink on an ultra thin circuit board with 26 touchpoints. The placemat acts as a mini studio with a keyboard, effects, audio recording and a touchpad.
