The Brit’s soulful crooning turns “Coco” into a tongue-in-cheek slow grind, adding a Top 40 falsetto to the original’s infectious lyrics. Now enter Hitimpulse, a German music production outfit who’s remix of Sheeran’s cover is our guilty pleasure listen of the day. A chilled out swell of ethereal synths and future calling cards, this interesting and infectious re-imagining has made us fall back in love with the “Coco.”
