Oliver Heldens has been absolutely killing it this year, both under his original future house persona and under his brand new bass house alias, HI-LO. Fresh off a year that saw him champion a new genre and garner an unprecedented number of Beatport chart-toppers, Heldens is continuing his dominant run with “Ooh La La,” a bass house anthem that fuses the underground with the mainstream. Rolling percussions set the stage for an old-school vocal sample and glitchy synth work that is sure to dominate festival season next year. Check it out below.

If it’s already seen support from Calvin Harris, Laidback Luke, Chocolate Puma, and more, you know it has to be pretty damn good. What makes it even better: it’s up for free download. Enjoy:

I’ve been a huge fan of Heldens for sometime so both of these were very cool to learn. The first single to be released on Heldeep Records is “Renegade Mastah” by none other than HI-LO. For veteran dance fans, this takes everyone back to good ole days but with a modern spin to show how the scene has changed since Wildchild’s 1995 classic. The full stream is now
