The Woodlands Guide: A Firefly Preview

When Firefly Music Festival announced the lineup late last November for the event’s fifth year, attendees — whether veterans of The Woodlands or not — began purchasing festival passes, very few of which have now been made available at the final price of $319 to attend all four days. Firefly Music Fest 2015 [Event Review]

With a few weeks to digest my time and gather my thoughts from Firefly, I can’t help but smile. Yes, it wasn’t the perfect weekend, but weather is something out of everyone’s control. The 4-day festival was bigger than the previous years with its ever growing reputation and lineup comparable to the biggest music festivals such as Lollapalooza, Coachella, and Bonnaroo. In my opinion, the only thing separating Firefly from the other major U.S. Festivals is the fact that it has only been around for 4 years. The location of the festival is unique and one of a kind.
