href="http://dancingastronaut.com/tag/atliens/" >ATLiens and href="http://dancingastronaut.com/tag/jameston-thieves/" >Jameston Thieves have come together for the ominous new single “Ninth Dimension,” and the two rising bass acts deliver a raucous tune.
A mysterious intro drenched in reverb belies the track’s energy when it builds to the drop. Most impressive is the bouncing, liquid sound design and how the producers make the obvious and effective effort to balance each other’s styles on the track. Glitchy blips aren’t so far removed from metallic basses and trap-inspired breaks. “Ninth Dimension” is yet another strong entry that will further cement ATLiens and Jameston Thieves’ growing reputations.
