href="http://dancingastroanut.com/tag/kendrick-lamar" >Kendrick Lamar’s popularity is currently at an all-time high. The Californian rapper is currently enjoying the success of his latest studio album, Damn., which is likely to claim the #1 spot at the top of the Billboard chart — href="http://dancingastronaut.com/2017/04/chainsmokers-memories-open-charts-1-billboard-200/" >knocking off href="http://dancingastronaut.com/2017/04/chainsmokers-memories-open-charts-1-billboard-200/" >The Chainsmoker‘s debut LP. If he pulls this off, it would complete a hat trick of albums that Kendrick has had debut at #1, with his two previous releases, Untitled Unmastered and To Pimp a Butterfly, establishing the trend.
A recent Instagram live stream, however, seems to indicate the seven-time href="http://dancingastronaut.com/tag/grammy/" >Grammy winner is not done yet. In a recent signing session at a Best Buy in Compton, Kendrick let the cat out of the bag, saying, “I got more music. Ya hear what I’m saying.” The news has since then exploded over all formats of social media, leading to staggering amounts of speculation and fan theories. All that remains to be seen is how the entire saga will pan out over time — hopefully with more music from the supremely talented rapper.
Update: Kendrick Lamar has confirmed via Twitter that there is no new music on the way at this time.class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"> dir="ltr" lang="en">KenFolk.
