Anyone familiar with the Indian dance music scene would have probably heard of href="http://dancingastronaut.com/tag/hardwell">Hardwell’s record breaking “World’s Biggest Guest Guestlist Event” in Mumbai back in 2015. While the first iteration of the charity event helped educate around 18,000 underprivileged children, the 2017 version – dubbed the “ href="http://dancingastronaut.com/2017/01/shailendra-singh-shares-dates-logo-worlds-biggest-guestlist-festival/">World’s Biggest Guestlist Festival” – aims to increase that number to a staggering 100,000.
Regarding his plans to quintuple the beneficiaries of his past event in the forthcoming edition, Hardwell said the following:
style="color: #000000;">“In 2015 we helped put the spotlight on something that is of great importance to the future of many young children living in Mumbai. The entire team were blown away by the response of the fans and sponsors that day but it felt like only the beginning of the journey. Although we achieved, and excelled, with our donations goal, we all knew that more could be done. So, it is for this reason we decided to go back to India and make the goal even bigger by aiming to educate 100,000 young children. And this time, I’ll be joined by some of my biggest and best DJ friends who will be helping us achieve this aim.”
